Vendor Agreement

What you agree to when you open a store on Taja.

Your store

You sell your own products under your own name. You are the seller; Raja runs the store, checkout and Buyer Protection.

Listings must be honest: real photos, the real price, stock you have, and the real time it takes to ship.

Getting verified

The green tick needs your full name and a photo of a government ID (NIN slip, voter's card, driver's licence or passport). Adding your CAC registration is optional. We may ask for stronger checks later, such as a NIN or BVN check, a selfie, a bank account in your own name or proof you own your Instagram. You can sell before you're verified, but buyers trust verified stores more.

Getting paid

Buyers pay Raja. You are paid once delivery is proven: the buyer's delivery code, a waybill after its window ends, or a handover photo after 48 hours without a complaint.

Payouts go straight to your bank. We never charge to withdraw.

Pioneer vendors pay 0% commission. Orders from your own link are 0%. Any commission on orders Raja brings you will be shown in Taja before it applies.

Orders, disputes and refunds

Ship within the time on your listing and keep proof of delivery.

If a buyer reports a problem, reply in the app. We decide within 24 hours of hearing from both sides.

If we refund a buyer after you were paid, the amount comes off your next sales. If your balance stays below zero, we may ask you to pay it back.

When we can act

We can hide listings, hold payouts while we look into a problem, or close a store for prohibited items, fraud, repeated lost disputes, or asking buyers to pay outside Raja.

You can close your store at any time. Open orders still need to be finished.
